No more wasting money on gym memberships that you never use, or wasting money on personal trainers who only want to drag out your progress so they can squeeze more sessions & money out of you. News flash, personal trainers don't want you to achieve your goals quickly because if you do, you no longer need their services. We at Thirty 30 Fitness want you to achieve as much as possible in the first 30 days, then from there we sculpt each body part until you receive your desired look. If you have a gym membership, then we will show you how to workout on your own. If you don't have access to a gym, we have workouts for you also.
