I have been through surgery, heartache, job loss, the loss of my sister, and on top of that, the pandemic. It has been a difficult past couple of years to say the least...BUT IM STRONGER and growing spiritually, mentally, physically and financially every day. My mission is to help those who are struggling internally with anxiety and depression to find confidence through fitness and a positive mindset.
