Fitness reviews from a normal human. I am only kind of strong sometimes. Sometimes I am a little fat, sometimes I'm not. Sometimes I feel like a million bucks, something my whole body hurts in the morning. I don't have a good back. I am a dad, fitness is a hobby. I wouldn't call myself an athlete and I doubt anyone else would. So everything on this channel is from the perspective of a normal, average person, who is more in shape some of the time, but really enjoys fitness, and fitness equipment.
