Kingdom Image Fitness was created with the goal of transforming lives and bodies through God's Word, exercise, and nutrition. It is my belief that the Kingdom of God is not intended to be sick and unhealthy but strong and in control of our flesh and our environment. This channel is dedicated to helping others take back control of their lives through informative workout videos, proper nutrition advice, as well as various forms of inspiration. It is designed to help those who are beginners and may be overweight but the principles and information can be used by those of any level of expertise. I have enjoyed working with all of the clients that I have so far in transforming their lives and it is my goal to spread the movement. Lets overcome diabetes, high blood pressure, and other health issues together and strengthen the Kingdom of God in the process!
