Here you'll find a couple of blokes with a passion for health and fitness. A couple of mates on a mission to help dads reclaim their body and their life to become the dads they always wanted to be and had envisioned themselves becoming. Both being dads ourselves, we understand the importance of being the best possible version of ourselves, now that there are miniature versions of us running around copying everything we do. We'll go through training techniques, some fit dad vs fit dads series and have plenty of laughs along the way.
