Welcome to my channel! My name is Alena and i am here for you to be your guide to a beautiful, fit and healthy body as well as a positive state of mind and confidence in yourself and your abilities. My life motto is “I Can. I Do!” and I want to share this attitude to you my dear Subscribers! About me: I am USSR born, Belarus raised and Las Vegas (Nevada) living girl. I started my fitness career in 2004 as a professional Aerobic and Fitness trainer. I moved to the USA in 2009 and got certified as a yoga instructor in 2013. Later in 2014 I received my Pilates instructor certification. I started medical school (MD program) in 2016 and currently I do 2 of my favourite things, medicine and sports. I am grateful to you all for your help and support in making me a better person and I hope I will also help you to become healthier, happier and more self-confident.
