Heya everyone and welcome to Pilates With Bonnie! I'm a certified mat and reformer pilates instructor, as well as a speech and language therapist. I've always had a passion for both movement and teaching - so here we are! I can't wait for us to workout together - my aim is to leave you feeling energised and strong after each class, without you needing to leave your bedroom/living room floor! I'm Australian, but currently live in Dubai and love to travel and of course, take my mat with me wherever I go.
