Hello, so welcome to my YouTube channel. Where I'm trying to better myself And help encourage others along the way. I Ve currently done my own weight loss journey, but would like to use my YouTube channel. Just to document everything So I have something that I can look back on 1 day. I'm doing the recipe videos that have been helping me to get to where I've got to on my journey. Also doing little videos of how I'm doing with my own weight loss. I've also done a couple of fitness videos just to help others out as well. Just want to reach out and help as many people as we possibly can using this YouTube channel. I've got 2 children with disabilities but just showing you. It can be done at home or in a gym or a local park. Showing that it's you that has to put the effort in but IM sharing the same tools that I used on my journey.
