My name is Alvin, I'm 24 and based in HK. I'm an avid gym-goer and adventurist. I want to share my passion for fitness and entertain you lot with my quirky videos! My fitness story started 5 years ago. I was a skinny teenager and despite being 100% healthy, I felt weak and sometimes inferior. I dreamt of having a strong physique, but it seemed an impossible task. One day, with the encouragement of my friends, I signed up for a gym membership and have never looked back since. It has changed my life for the better and made me a happier individual. I threw myself into my new passion while balancing my 9-5 life, and have now taken to YouTube as a form of self-motivation. The road is never easy, there is no perfect or ideal body type. But I hope that, through enduring trial and error and the persistent pursuit of my goals, I can master my craft.
