Coming from a humbling childhood in Côte D’Ivoire (West Africa), KangahFit was created to help everyone stay focused and motivated. I created this channel to share why my past keeps me so disciplined. Meaning of KANGAH: We wake up every day and look forward to the work that need to be done. We make no excuses no matter how sore we are from the day before. Through laughter and tears we stick together. We put in the work like we have something to prove. It’s bigger than us. We don’t do it for ourselves we do it the the generation that will come after us KangahFit is here to help you on your fitness journey and guide you to reaching your ultimate fitness goal.
