From the earliest of days, Matt Strout and Paul Alvear knew that they just clicked as a team. Growing up in sandy pinelands of Jackson, New Jersey the two found a bond and mutual friendship through the desire to do and achieve more. Both had a strong affinity for sports, competition, and trying to be the best through hard work and perseverance. The two also had strong influences in their lives that helped show them that hard work was the only way to make things happen.The idea of ‘Relentless as a Movement’ has its roots in the very same woodlands of Jackson where Matt, Paul, and friends would meet to better themselves and conduct grueling workouts which they affectionately called “Pain in the Pines.” That hard work, commitment, and sheer grit to do and be more formed a mindset and a bond that has lasted. Now, as the Relentless Fitness Movement evolves, the commitment to the very same qualities born in the pines shows through the Relentless Way!
