I am an avid fan of burpees, so you will find them quite frequently in my workouts Rule #1 - Learn to Listen to your Body!!! Rule #2 - Do what you can... while you can. Rule #3 - Make this work out a PDR(personal difficulty rating) of 9 or 10 Rule #4 - It's fine to miss a workout, just make sure you get to the next Rule #5 - Support your fellow workout folks Rule #6 - Educate yourself about exercise, health & fitness Rule #7 - Modify as Required
