At 48, I am undertaking journey to attain MENTAL RESILIENCE and FITNESS of NAVY SEALS and other SF (Special Forces). I do 10000 Sit-ups, 10000 Pull-ups and Chin-ups, 10000 Push-ups of all kinds, basically 10000 of everything in a strict time-frame that challenges the hell out of me, and repeat the cycle. Stop whining for once, and enjoy the pain ! Repeat it all 10000 times till your muscles tire, your soul lights up ! Fall and get up and repeat till your mind goes numb, and your body keeps on and on, on its own ! E.g. I recently did 600 Sit-ups NON-STOP in 31 minutes, and 900 in 60 minutes.
