The Baseball Performance Lab team of Micah Gibbs and Liam Mucklow provide data driven insight analyzing all different aspects of hitting performance. The BPL studies the Bat, the Hitter, and how they both work together to a level of detail that has never been seen outside of a university lab. Join them as they dive into the weeds on a wide variety of topics and see if they can decode performance using Force Plates, 3D Motion Capture, Launch Monitors, Bat Sensors, and just about anything else they can get their hands on.
