Channel concept: Everyday there will be a live or a premiere of my workout. Try to keep the pace up if you want or maybe hardwork even more. I think it is important to find your own rhythm. So I would say: exercise when you are the most focused/most creative. But if you want to adapt my rhythm you can join the live, so you can chat with me or other people during the breaks.
