Yoga and Breathwork are powerful. Hi there, my name is Courtney Lee Harms, and I am a California soul, born in Santa Cruz in 1980. I have been an athlete my whole life including Division 1 track and field, competitive soccer, competitive gymnastics and college level dance team. After graduating from UCSB in 2002 with a degree in Film Studies and a minor in Spanish, I became a personal trainer in 2004 through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and a 500 hour trained yoga teacher in 2006 with Yoga Works. My videos offer asana and pranayama as well as functional movement, weightlifting and extensive knowledge from years as an athlete, coach, trainer, teacher, mother, and human. I share new content at least three times a week. most of it instructional, some artistic.
