Teaching us to be completely honest with ourselves. To look deep n face our inner fear. To bring out our inner light. Yoga transformed me from a sad depressed closed heart person to be who I m, finding more joy n peace with myself. Can’t be more grateful for all the teachers n friends I crossed path with, who inspired me along the way. Especially my favorite teacher Jared McCann 🧡 Even so, it doesn’t mean yoga needs to be serious. I always love practicing with music.
