I’m Gerard and I’m here to make fitness fun and entertaining versus boring and unengening. Through a multi theme half comedy half fitness approach I demonstrate a variety of full body video workouts for you to learn from in a comedic way that you won't find anywhere else. Regardless of your experience with exercise, Fitness Theatrics can inspire, teach, and motivate you to have fun with your workouts. In the quest of finding a way to combine all my passions while helping others I have created this channel to help make people laugh and stay fit. Do you fall in and out of your fitness programs due to uncertainty and boredom? A few years ago I felt the same way and the main few things that kept me going was workout variety, music, classes, and some type of entertainment I was engaged in.
