I have lost 120 lbs eating low-carb keto and carnivore meals combined with intermittent fasting. Not snacking between meals and cutting out sugar, starches, grains, and processed foods have restored my health and wellness, physically, mentally, and emotionally. I have reversed multiple health conditions. Type 2 diabetes, sleep apnea, anxiety, depression, IBS, feet callous, plantar fascia, high blood pressure, hyperinsulinemia, asthma, weakness, fatigue, have all been reversed by as much as 80% to 100%. I really want to help others do the same. I am well into my 50s and started my journey to restored health very late. I want to inspire and help other old fogies like me beast back their health.
