Hi there! :) My name is Rachel and I've been vegan since July of 2018. I made the choice to go vegan because of all of the amazing health benefits I read were possible with the lifestyle. Although I have made mistakes along the way, never have I ever had a "cheat" day or anything like that! When I made the switch to 100% vegan (literally overnight), I have NEVER looked back!
