Hi there! I decided to start a plant-based diet nearly five years ago to avoid some serious health conditions that run on both sides of my family. I thought I would have a hard time planning meals that weren't centered around meat as the main dish, but to my surprise it has been a breeze. I love finding ways to "veganize" common dishes for my family, as well as creating new recipes that they enjoy. I live in Texas, and my family is filled with meat-loving folks.
