Natural health & wellness 🌿 I've had a deep connection with nature and indigenous teachings for over 30 years. I have over 20 years of experience working with energy for health and wellness (including with yoga, tai chi, feng shui, meditation, astrology, reiki and prayer), as well as a lifetime of experience with other natural healing modalities, including journaling, dream interpretation, art, exercise, laughter, and nutrition. For the past 10 years, I've been practicing, teaching and certifying people in the Japanese energy healing technique, reiki. For that same duration, I experimented with different forms of plant and fungal medicines, for healing the mind and spirit.
