I’m Ashley Hawk, a TV Host with a passion for storytelling who happens to be a Registered Dietitian, mom of 2, and former Miss Arizona. I have seen first hand how hard it can be to stay healthy and fit as a mom and also look out for the health of your family. This channel is dedicated to helping busy moms learn easy trick, recipes, and tips to keep yourself and your family eating well and healthy. I have my Master's in Nutritional Science but I am also a former model, Miss Arizona 2017, and I host various TV shows including How Healthy Happens which you can check out on the Food Network. My philosophy is simple, I believe that proper nutrition is actually WAY simpler than many people think!
