In the artwork of the steps in the word LOFT of our logo we wanted to symbolize that it takes one step at a time to reach our top potential in our health and wellness journeys. We believe in community and we’re excited to help serve you every step of the way with your health and wellness needs. We're located in Saint Johns County at 200 Malaga Street in Saint Augustine, FL. We have a large parking lot with free parking for all our classes. We’re excited to be the first studio in Saint Augustine to offer virtual classes, aerial yoga, Pilates reformers group classes, adult dance, Vinyasa, Meditation, beach yoga, Pilates mat, massages, acupuncture, retreats, 200hr yoga teacher training certifications and community events. Our motto is helping you every step of the way body mind and spirit.
