My life is so different from what it was. I remember how terrible I felt: hurting, moody, sleeping terribly, overweight, my confidence in the gutter. I had huge dreams of helping people, dreams of travelling, but I just couldn’t do it. Ketosis has literally changed my life. In every way you could imagine. I look better because I feel better. I am able to do what I want, when I want. I’m not stressed about money, and I am able to give and help others! I feel independent, confident and hopeful for the future. And I can truly say I am living my best life, helping others in the keto community crush their goals and to love themselves again! I've lost 40lbs on my keto journey, and I'm here support you by sharing everything there is to know about living a life in ketosis.
