My name is Anita, I am in my sixties and a Senior doing Carnivore after having gone from low carb to keto to ketovore and now Carnivore. I have lost over 140lbs over the course of the past few years and I feel pretty darn fantastic! The goal of this channel is to make Carnivore more accessible to the average person who has found themselves getting older and sicker and finds the idea of just eating meat to be too overwhelming. I am here for YOU. I am doing this while also feeding others in my family who do all flavors of keto, paleo and there's even a vegetarian in the mix. I try to give multiple options for cooking meals to keep them all happy! I am not a professional cook, my only training is Home Ec in Grade 8 and 40+ years of cooking for my 4 kids! I'm just sharing things that help me stay on track and learning to cook the keto and carnivore lifestyle.
