I’m a group fitness instructor and a single Mom of 4 daughters with a positive and thankful outlook on just about everything. I’ve had some pretty cool jobs such as flight attendant, children’s book author, organ transplant flight coordinator, pet sitter...to name a few! I live my life to the fullest and I’m human! I struggle with food, self esteem & the stress life can bring, but I’m passionate about exercise, nutrition, animals and most importantly my kids and helping others!
