Hey y'all! I am a certified Trim Healthy Lifestyle Coach, Nutrition Coach, and Certified Health Coach! In 3+ years, I have helped over 1000 women learn the Trim Healthy Plan and create habits for this sustainable lifestyle that I have lived out for 7 years. Here you will find me in my kitchen as I cook, bake and meal prep! I am not an expert in the kitchen but my goal is to help y'all become comfortable cooking Trim Healthy meals that your whole family can enjoy and to encourage you to just get in there and get cookin'! You will also find the video version of my podcast, Chattin' with Coach Amy, where I sit down with amazing ladies to give them the opportunity to share their personal journey with all of you. Oh how they will bless y'all beyond your imagination! And who doesn't love a good grocery haul?! I am thrilled to be able to connect with y'all here!
