Hi, I'm Leah. I'm here to help you stay consistent in your practice so you can see flexibility results. I always struggled with flexibility and most beginner classes out there were still too advanced for me. When we work on flexibility and we start seeing an improvement a shift comes over us, we feel capable and a sense of achievement and this can carry over into your life as well.
