Hi everyone and welcome to Yoga with Yana! My name is Yana Thompson and I am (as you may have guessed) a yoga teacher! My journey with yoga began in 2011 as a young student trying to find myself. After some years of practice I became a teacher in 2013 and dove in deeper into this magnificent practice. I became in awe with all the benefits that yoga had blessed me with in my life. Growing up I had experienced immense anxiety and stress which yoga has greatly helped me rid of and instead increased my inner peace, confidence and overall well-being. I had to learn more and this desire had led me to an unforgettable journey to India on a one way ticket, where I had taken intensive yoga training with various Indian teachers and got more certification. It is my passion to help others find happiness, confidence, inner peace, health and joy through sharing what I have learned on my journey so far.
