Hey fam, Joe Campbell here. I am a native Washington, DC father and husband who let bad eating habits and inactivity become my world. I was always a large person, but with the death of my mom and covid all happening at the same time, I ballooned up to 698 pounds. Of course, that kind of weight brings depression, sickness, and tremendous pain. I had no plan, no structure, and no chance. I had totally given up. One day, a concerned family friend recommended I talk to her pastor about a program that could help me get rid of the pain and lose some weight. What else did I have to lose at this point? So I talked to Jon, his calm and reassuring voice gave me a sense of hope. I started the program immediately, and now I feel incredible! I have no pain, no depression and have lost 166 pounds in 12 months. I have a new lease on life, and I am on a journey to continue losing weight and getting healthy.
