Coach Connie is a board certified holistic health coach, an advocate for eating whole foods to sustain a healthy fulfilling life. At the age of 50, she realized a big change was needed and left her technology career to focus on getting healthier. Two Years later she tried out and made the USA Olympic Canoe and Kayak Team and holds 5 world medals as of 2018. Her passion for food and fitness led her back to school where she obtained her board certification as a holistic health coach and set up her practice in Southern California. Connie is often sought after by experts in the health field and recently was asked to participate in the largest health initiative in the country working with CMS (Center of Medicaid and Medicare) Services to assist clinicians in transforming their practices to improve patient outcomes.
