Welcome to my Awareness Channel. I strive to bring awareness about the dangers of diabetes and end stage renal disease. I share information and suggestions about eating healthy and clean. I am type 2 diabetic and a dialysis patient who is currently in the testing phase of becoming a recipient of a kidney transplant. My Journey is unbelievable. I make suggestions to substitute ingredients to improve your A1C and health. Currently I have lost a 100 plus pounds and eliminated 6 prescribed medications. I haven’t taken insulin since 2022.
