He practices meditation since 10 years, Prana, Holistic Running and Bhakti-Yoga with Krsna Consciousness. Through his experiences around the world he studies and try to understand spirituality with his mentors, devotees and swamis, he wants to present the best practical method to become more joyful in every state of your life.
