All data displayed is sourced from publicly available YouTube information. ViralVibes does not require access to any YouTube channel or account in order to analyse it.

You may use the Service for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or programmatically extract data from the Service without prior written consent.
• Reproduce, redistribute, or resell Service content for commercial purposes without authorisation.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent any security or access controls.

• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation.

4. Accounts and Authentication

Certain features of the Service require you to create an account using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that appear to be engaged in abusive or automated behaviour.

All content on the Service — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of ViralVibes or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

YouTube data displayed through the Service remains subject to YouTube's own terms of service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). ViralVibes does not claim ownership of any third-party content.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. ViralVibes does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Creator rankings, engagement metrics, and estimated earnings are derived from publicly available data and algorithmic analysis. They are provided for informational purposes and should not be solely relied upon for commercial decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ViralVibes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
