Best set of exercises for ladies, specially moms who gained weight during pregnancy. These helped me transform myself and sharing these on my channel so that everyone benefits from it. I was 72 kg of weight when I was pregnant with my beautiful daughter Tashvi. When she turned 2 years of age, I realised that it's time to do something about my weight. Health is important for everybody & we can take out half hour to one hour focusing of self-care. Few things that play important role, dedication determination, hard work to name a few. We have to push ourselves because no one else is going to do that for us. If possible, do these exercise along with me & trust me it will help in reducing weight, building confidence in you, it has helped me in changing into new me. All the best!!
