Hi I am Mel, I'm 51 and I believe in championing the benefits of strength training for women of all ages ππΌββοΈ and specialise in peri and post menopause fitness and well-being. π©ββοΈ I am a Level 4 qualified Personal Trainer and GP Exercise Referral Practitioner. β€οΈ I am passionate about sharing FREE home workouts and tips with you - focusing on strength, stability, mobility and flexible for long-term functional health and well-being. I aim to teach movement as a skill so that you can workout to get strong from your home. πI have my own Fitness Studio in Bristol UK, with a wide range of gym equipment including TRX, BOSU, sandbags, bodyweight, barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells and bands! π I specialise in developing tailor-made holistic fitness programmes for women, that I deliver in person.
