LEADER DISABILITY SERVICES LLC Leader offers innovative programs to help adults with intellectual disabilities lead active, rewarding and complete lives. We are licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services to provide services under the Consolidated, PFDS, and Community Living Waivers. Leader is a parent-owned agency. We go beyond traditional support services with a unique approach.
