The Center for Disability Empowerment is a community-based, non-residential Center providing supports and resources to individuals with any disability. The Center for Disability Empowerment provides supports and resources in order for people with disabilities to be participants and contributors in their communities as they live, learn, worship, work and play alongside people who do not have disabilities. The Center is a community-based, non-residential center driven by the choice and direction of people with disabilities. CDE serves individuals with any disability of any age who are residents of Franklin, Delaware, Licking and Union Counties in Ohio.
