Hi - I am just your average Joe (Jeff) living in South Florida and I love to talk about running shoes, bikes, cars, sports equipment, electronics, and lifestyles. I also love to eat and travel and its all from my point of view. Nothing professional here, just my honest opinion. Hopefully I can pass on lessons and experiences that I learned in life that might be beneficial to you. Outdoors is free - take advantage of it. I love trying out new running shoes. Ill give you my honest opinion of what I think. I've been running for about 7 years now and I finally have a good idea of what makes a good running shoe. I run 5k, 10k, 15k, Half Marathon, Marathon, Goofy Challenge (39.3 miles), and Sprint Triathlons; I recently completed my first International distance Tri and I just signed up for a half Ironman. I also cycle and swim and am somewhat of a tech geek. I really love my BMW X1 and now X3 spend a lot of time customizing it and learning new things about it.
