Hi friends! My name is Kimberly Flores. I am the founder and CEO of Sophrosyne Health, LLC. After working in the medical field for over 10 years I realized that so many of the patients I saw had preventable obesity related diseases. Diseases and symptoms that could all be managed by a change in dietary habits and weight loss. With this experience and my own personal journey through disordered eating and sustained weight loss my passion for helping others has grown exponentially.
