Sweat2Shred is an online reality health & fitness motivational and educational project following the journey of us two strange and unique individuals, Buddha & Rockstar "HI EVERYONE!!", right from the beginning as we face two of the most common aspects of getting fit that the world is battling with today. As a team we will be taking it to another level with each having the end ultimate goal of standing on stage as a serious fitness model / body builder competitor in October 2013! IF WE CAN DO IT, two everyday people kickin our own asses the same as you working hard, then SO CAN YOU!! Both have spent the last 3 months avoiding the gym, eating like the majority of society and boy have they felt it! With much relief to them, it all ends soon with the launch of Sweat2Shred! We won't lie to you, it's going to be hard! There's going to be tears, tantrums, break downs, triumphs and most of all, SUCCESS! FOLLOW us! JOIN us! CHANGE with us!
