Hey Nutmegs!! Welcome!! My name is Jodi B! I’m a Registered Dietitian and mom. I’m a country girl, born and raised in Linstead, Jamaica, and I’ve always had a deep love for simple, nutritious, and flavorful food. In 2023, my love of 13 years passed away suddenly, an experience that broke me to my core and changed my life. Through that pain, I began a journey of healing that brought me closer to God and helped me rediscover my purpose. Today, I’m starting over with intention, sharing my love for Jesus, food, health and nutrition, and living a life rooted in purpose. I believe in balanced eating with foods from all food groups, no restrictions, just real, nourishing meals full of color and flavor.
