About

I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist based in NYC and Long Island. One of the greatest gifts I have received in my life was my discovery of health through nutrition. I struggled with hormonal imbalances, severe acne, and fatigue. I found a way to fuel my body that worked for me, healed my relationship with food, regained my energy, and cleared up my acne. My background in Engineering and my career as a Fashion Model have exposed me to the various pathways that impact our health. Environmental toxins in beauty products, nutrients in food, and the energy in media we consume all significantly affect our health. To continue my life's passion and help others achieve their health goals, I became licensed and earned an MS in Nutrition 7 Exercise Physiology at Columbia University. My mission is to assist others in finding their journey to sustainable health. I use the term "sustainable health" because well-being must continuously work for you in your everyday life and environment.
