Welcome to In Your Element! As an 18 year fitness pro, 6 year adventure travel leader and lifelong fishing junkie ... I wanted to create a YouTube channel to share my journey and give an inside look at things in my life that make me truly happy. If along the way I can encourage others to get out there, find their inner child and be in their element ... well that's just bad-ass. For now the videos I post will be based on my workouts, travel and fishing excursions ... with hopes of expanding into nutrition and other areas of wellness.
