We are a non-profit based in Sheffield, delivering programmes and workshops to empower young people to make a positive change in their communities, raise their own aspirations and become role models to their peers. We do this by: Include - Making young people feel valued individually and as part of a community Socially mixing our groups and programmes where appropriate Promoting stories of young people doing good things Inspire - Encouraging young people to try something new or achieve something greater Supporting youth-led social action Encouraging young people to use their voice Improve - Providing the means to give young people better prospects for the future Training skills and developing attributes, building confidence Providing support and space for young people to grow
