Fitness. Fellowship. Faith F3 — our three Fs stand for Fitness, Fellowship and Faith. F3 is not a religious organization, but the Faith component reflects the effort made by participants to think about and act for something bigger than yourself. This often comes in the form of community volunteering and charitable drives (check out the F3 Naperville Foundation!) . It is often said that the fitness is what draws guys out, but the camaraderie with others and sense of fulfillment in the volunteerism is what keeps them coming back. It’s “the glue.” Our mission is to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership.
