THIS IS A COLLEGE PROJECT This is the official channel for Jim’s Gym Jim’s Gym Limited (‘Jim’s Gym’) is a newly established independent gym, catering for a full range of ages and fitness(16 to 65+ years old) It is located in a warehouse in Benfleet and has over 80 up-to-date exercise machines and weights and a studio, where a variety of classes are held every week The facilitates include a sauna/wet room, a state of the art music system and the provision of health and nutrition advice to its customers Jim’s Gym’s mission statement is “To help our customers get fit, remain fit, live a healthy lifestyle while putting something back to the community” On this channel, we will put posts showing our facilities, our member making full use of those facilitates and having lots of fun doing so We can be reached via www.jimsgymessex.co.uk
