Whether you’re new to exercise or experienced, welcome. I've been an exercise fanatic my whole life, training across every modality. Each discipline has taught me something unique, and I try to carry those lessons into each of my workouts. These days I'm focused on consistency (avoiding injury), sustainability (working every day), and functionality (maintaining an all around level of fitness that allows me to say "yes" to any invite). I try to share whatever I’m working on fitness related, to hopefully make exercise more accessible to everyone. Exercise is my passion and I want it to be yours.
