I am a wife to my high school sweetheart and soon to be momma coming summer 2017. About 3 years ago, my husband and I planned on starting a family. We got pregnant faster than we anticipated and then had a miscarriage. We were devastated. I started to struggle with self blame and anxiety. I felt lost and stopped being myself. Then I started to not like the way I looked, but more importantly I did not like the way I felt. I knew something had to change. I was worth it. I deserved to feel strong. I deserved to feel confident, and full of energy. I feel so lucky to have had that “ah-ha” moment to take charge of my lifestyle and in the in the process found a passion for nourishing my body on the inside and out.
